Found you via How About Orange. I’m an American living in Perth.
I, too, found that same tutorial for the tin cover. I’ve been playing around with different ideas on re-purposing tins. I stitched one up quickly. all on the machine but I didn’t do the inside. I like what you did. I never posted about mine as I’ve been slag with posting and have to finish what I started.
Glad to have found your site. I love the vintage bookmarks. If Jess at HAO sees those I’m sure she will post about it. She always shares cool finds.
Looking forward to visiting here more.

The pencils were a present from my boss, who brought them back from one of his overseas jaunts. I love ‘em too. Sorry that’s not much help!

Very cute, im going to put this on my sons new bag. Just wondering where you got your coloured pencils from, I’ve been on the look out for some like that for years!?

Ruffly or not, it is a seriously cute cover. I rather think the gnome looks at home on it.
